Acas has a really strong ethis and people working here believe in what we do to improve working life. There is a strong commitment to inclusion and plenty of learning and development opportunities.
Cons
It is a smaller organisation for a Government organisation - 900 people and so if you do a specialist role you may have to move around to get promotion.
