Pros

-ACI made me realize what kind of company I never want to work for again

Cons

-low pay -no guidance/managers too busy not working to answer calls/emails -no training -no leadership -no room for advancement -hard to get paid/get HR help (they utilize an outside HR firm) -management doesn't trust employees

Pros

This company has hired a lot of good people, your co-workers in the corporate office are fun, kind and hard working. The training group is a positive group of people.

Cons

Ownership and management do not seem to care about their employees. They have good people working for them yet pick favorites and do not respect the time and hard work of good people. When Christmas and New Year's fell on a Sunday they did not give the employees Holiday pay or the day off on Monday. If you wanted those days off you had to use your PTO time. Snowing outside and employees are concerned about the roads that afternoon and coming in the next morning...sure you can leave early or come in late for your safety but you better use your PTO. Don't have enough PTO time? That's okay, we just won't give you your bonus for that month! Even though employees are salaried, if you work less than 8 hours you will be docked a minimum one hour PTO. So, if you work 7 hours and 55 min one day and 8 plus hours the next...doesn't matter they still take PTO time. They have taken on too much too fast and do not have the staff to support the work load, but instead of recognizing that they blame their employees for not being caught up. It is impossible to ever be caught up. Please note the positive reviews on here...sound slightly embellished, maybe a little too positive?? Pretty sure that is management and ownership putting reviews on here to try to look better to offset the negative reviews.

Pros

1- ACI is a company that puts its client at the top priority. If our clients are successful then everything else aligns in a positive manner for everyone on the team. 2- ACI recognizes that their #1 asset is their people. 3- I have experienced as much personal growth as I have professional during my time with ACI. This is attributed to the executive staff caring about my success and holding me accountable for the success and failures of our teams. I've learned so much about people and myself in general. This allows me to embrace the mistakes in life/work, to grow and learn from them! I also have been well-recognized for the successes that I have been a part of! 4- **OPPORTUNITY**There is so much opportunity for those that want it! We rely on responsible, mature, positive & nice people to jump out and step up for the next stage of their career here. ACI empowers all staff to participate in many of the decisions to be made within the team they work. ACI knows that the best advice is from their own people with the boots on the ground, ACI listens to suggestions for area of improvement - people are our biggest asset and ACI is always looking for ways to become even better! 5- As much work and time that I have put into this company, it has been reciprocated equally- monetarily and with appreciation. I have worked for so many companies where I am just a number and I've never felt as valued than with ACI. 6- Once you cross the line of understanding WE and not ME, your success here is catapulted! This understanding has not only benefited my career but also my life! Our founders have taught me this the most! 7- The leaders in this company care about everyone's success and focus on leadership, not management! People should be led and not managed! :)

Cons

1- Because we work remotely in our clients' facilities, we rely on our on-site staff to be the face of the company. We provide as much guidance and tools as you require but rely on staff to work independently and represent ACI in a manner that is conducive to our standard and core values. Unfortunately sometimes there are people that take advantage of not having a manager at their side and misconstrue working independently/responsibly for a "mismanaged" environment. Finding the right people for this job can sometimes be difficult.
