Unethical President and CEO

Pros

The President and CEO has given the place a facelift and made it profitable. This must be by the BOD promoted him to CEO.

Cons

Internally, nobody likes him or trusts him. He leads with a fist of fear, anger and paranoia. His talented Leadership team is forced to drink his toxic version of Jones kool-aide or he will boil them like a frog. Everybody knows the truth about the Vegas Sapphire Club corporate expense, conflict of interests and employee referral bonuses he receives. The only bottom line he cares about is his own. How did this guy get promoted to CEO?

Acceptance Insurance Response

Our performance speaks for itself and you will find that the overwhelming majority of our team members are proud to be a part of a growing organization such as ours. With more than 1,200 team members at Acceptance, it's virtually impossible to make everyone happy and unfortunately we do encounter disgruntled people who choose to resort to personal attacks on the President/CEO in an effort to dissuade others via false accusations or innuendos.

Pros

Many of the employees here stick together because they know how highly unethical, immoral, untrustworthy and incompetent management is. Because of the daily mistrust of management, many employees have each other's back until they can get away from this company.

Cons

Every word you have read about the management here is true. Management will never leave because they could never get hired at a leading insurance company. Anyone with talent and skills bolts from this place quickly. Turnover is extremely high for a reason. If you are an insurance professional with morals and strong skills, do not even think for a moment of applying here. You do not want this company on your resume. The insurance industry is all to aware what is going on here with management.

Pros

It used to be paid time off PTO but now these tyrants want to dictate that all of your accrued paid time be used before the end of this year or lose it. How do you make a policy like this two months before the year is over? Keeping in mind there are many "black-out" days that are excluded from your choice of days off.

Cons

No advertising on TV or radio just old fashioned tear sheets posted throughout the neighborhood but the expectation is that you sell despite the non existent support from the marketing department The prices keep going up and are not competitive with other companies . Yet management literally harass employees about selling , they should come in and try talking to the customers Managers talk to employees like children demanding and rude. In another area there would be some fists flying
