Pros
The fellow employees are very nice and collaborative; they are the only pro at this point.
Cons
The high management is very difficult to work with, there is no clear vision and no empathy at all with employees. They do not listen or make any process interactive with the employees. They impose all the time, they put unrealistic goals to not have to pay bonuses, there is no promotion or salary raise scheme at all, the direction Acolad is heading is simply a wall.
