Appears to be positive people wanting to help people in business and earn a good living

Cons

Except for a very few coaches only the franchansee owners make real money and it's a very clever con sell to franchisees with a lot of mind games that take a while to see through. And then too late. Completely dishonest about the marketplace opportunity income potential and commitments. With personal guarantees threatened to make you go bankrupt.

Positivity is key, everyone is trying real hard to be supportive of one another

Cons

It's cold calling, you're not going tk have a good time. You'll be promised Promotions that never come. You'll be beaten down for 'poor performance' with no care as to the fact you're cold calling and therefore success is rare as standard. They use this as a way to pay you minimum wage and tease bonuses that are impossible to get.

It is hard to say anything positive about the journey of an employee whilst working at this company. The management had little success completely their roles, let alone trying to guide and teach new staff anything of substance.

Cons

Abusive Language used from management to staff and should not be tolerated in any work place. A lack of professionalism amount at the staff.
