Pros

They are friendly, family owned and operated. They aren't standing behind you making sure you are working. Stress level is fairly low due to this.

Cons

Poor communication, Low pay for position of skill and knowledge. They pay new people more than they pay the people who have years of experience with them. Management NEVER comes around to say "hi, how are you doing?" or "thank you for all you do".

Pros

If you want to work every day Activar is a good place to go to work. The work isn't real hard physically.

Cons

Very few shop floor employees make what they are worth. Most employees are paid far less than what they should be paid. Shop policies and office policies are completely opposite even though they each get the same benefit package and have the same company rules. Certain company departments are appreciated while others are ignored. Upper management doesn't listen to the hourly employees. They belittle the hourly employee by telling them what they want them to hear instead of telling them the truth. Employee reviews are consistently months late.
