Awful CEO - No proper management of staff with historically bad investment decisions!!

The existing development team in Winchester are down to earth and great bunch of people.

Cons

Its a real shame that the management cannot do anything right. The CEO is pretty awful. Has made 3 bouts of redundancies in the space of 5-7 years which clearly says something about how the business is run!

Not a terrible place to work untill they lay you off.

Cons

It seems that this company hires and fires in rounds - when the investors are happy they hire, the next time the investors read a worrying headline about the economy they fire 20% of the organisation. They do this to the exact letter of the law with exactly zero compassion or kindness. If you do choose to work with them, understand that it is likely to be short term and end with less than one days notice. And when the CEO does his little sales pitch about "loyalty" be sure to ignore that!
