      Pros

      Overall, things are going well for me. The company provides high-end equipment, a decent salary, and solid benefits, including an impressive 28 holidays in the UK. The pace is more relaxed compared to fast-paced industries like fintech, making for a healthier work/life balance. Working remotely is a blessing. I work alongside talented, friendly colleagues and an exceptional QA team, many of whom have experience from top tech companies. My team fosters a strong culture of psychological safety, where everyone’s voice is heard, and mistakes are embraced as part of the learnings. The team is diverse, with members from various nationalities and backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment where you’ll feel a sense of belonging. The AI projects are challenging but engaging, keeping me motivated and up-to-date with the latest developments. There are ample opportunities to take on new challenges, expand your knowledge, and grow professionally.

      Cons

      We’re rolling out numerous initiatives, so things can occasionally feel unclear, particularly with the rapid evolution of Generative AI. However, I believe we’re not alone in facing these challenges. The organizational structure isn’t ideal and tends to change frequently, which can add to the uncertainty. I don’t fully sense confidence in the senior management’s vision. While working remotely is fantastic, I do wish there were more opportunities to collaborate in person with my colleagues.

      Really nice people and interesting projects. I haven’t experienced any toxicity so far.

      There are many processes which can slow down the delivery of initiatives.
