    Negative Outlook

I worked at Addison Group full-time

    Pros

The people - some very bright and creative people who care about the work they produce.

    Cons

Lead by the CEO and old CFO with a management style of fear. CEO (nor CFO) never listen, have no empathy nor emotional intelligence and are horrendous leaders (in my opinion they are not even leaders). They ostracized and bullied anyone who challenged their decisions/way of thinking. Unable to communicate and highly uninspiring.

    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Addison Group

    Pros

The location of the company was definitely one of the pluses. A good camaraderie from the people who worked there made a big difference.

    Cons

A real lack of direction and ambition from the board is very disappointing. Internal communications were really lacking. Very long hours with little compensation.

    Pros

    Good pay and job placement

    Cons

Little communication with contractor company. I was told one thing by Addison that caused me to agree to be moved to another position, but this move later cost me full-time hours and, therefore, quite a bit of pay.
