Pros
Different types of CNC machines , cool co-workers. Company is being bought by a big Corporation possibly a big turnaround for the better.
Cons
No team work between shifts , company is having a little bit of financial trouble a little scary which only reason I’m leaving that and I was offered a 4-10 hour day schedule which is a nice balance for work and life
