      Got good experience but wouldn't recommend them as a company

      Pros

      -culture benefits employees who don't need much managing -opportunities to take on more responsibilities and try different roles -offers opportunity for travel to Lithuania where HQ is based -company party every summer to meet colleagues across all offices

      Cons

      -while its great opportunity to learn more and take on new responsibilities and roles, employers do not look after employees and keep salary to match the current workload employees take on -some of the directors seem scattered in terms of strategy and understanding all aspects of the business

      Pros

      There are some really good people in the UK team. The Nordics business is also very strong. Really excellent, dedicated and professional team in Lithuiania providing tech and sales support.

      Cons

      The management in London was very poor. Very little direction but big on ego's with not much substance.

      Pros

      There are many but the main one is that adform remains independent, run by the people who founded it and mission driven. The founders and senior management are, by and large, very accessible and relatively inspiring. They value their staff. No business is a democracy but adform cares more for it's employees, their wellbeing and their views than any company I've worked in or with.

      Cons

      Crowded marketplace with big fish in the pond - risk that it may eventually be eaten up, although this is still a while away. The company is healthy and in growth.
