Pros

The pay and compensation are fair. There is not much more for me to contribute other than the compensation being competitive and in line with other similar jobs.

Cons

Demeaning, cut-throat, humiliating, non-supportive. I had a terrible experience there. Management did not communicate with staff in respectful manner. You need very thick skin to work there.

Pros

A diverse culture that is super racially/ethnically accepting

Cons

Don't fall for the million-dollar peacocking - they lost some clients. The CEO treats conversations like a wrestling match. He stared down this one employee for no reason during a meeting. One employee would brag about coming into work hungover and even seemed to receive positive attention because of this, while other employees were criticized for small things in some cases unrelated to work.

Pros

If you are lucky enough to get a kiddo's case that has a great supervisor, you will have the support you need to succeed. Any BT that works 30+ can enroll for full time and be paid salary, even if your caseload amounts to less than 40 hours per week (so you get paid for 40 hours/week but you don't need to work 40 hours/week.

Cons

If you are new to the field, there is absolutely zero training, except for a 4 hour powerpoint presentation and a 2 hour meeting in the office to go over how to collect data on the company tablet. Other than that, you are thrown out there and expected to know what to do. The starting pay is $17, but being hit and bitten by multiple kids, multiple times a day, 17 just isn't enough. If you get bumped up to full time, your pay drops down to 16.50. Some supervisors you see only once or twice a month even if you need help with the kiddo.
