APS attempts to make the company a family atmosphere, but fails in so many ways. They are reactive vs pro active when taking on projects and customers. They do not look at what is best for the company only money signs. Went through a few rounds of layoffs due to losing customers. There is lack of transparency when it comes to the vision the leaders have for the company. In order to move up the ladder you can say goodbye to your work/life balance. When you go over and above to get the job done it is not recognized. Just more is expected out of you. Low pay and no vacation time your first year. Health insurance benefit is used against you when it comes to salary increases. The atmosphere is very toxic.

Inexperienced and unqualified leadership team supports an unhealthy, toxic culture of micromanaged employees who are disproportionately disciplined and not paid appropriately. Ill-appointed management breeds gossip and supports unprofessional behavior. Lack of transparency yields unrest with random layoffs by short-sighted owners who make poor business decisions and have no clear company direction. Echoing other reviews, a work/life balance is nonexistent where long days and weekends are required but go unrewarded and unreturned.
