      ATS UK is the WORST company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      The Managing director is probably the most approachable person within the entire organisation. As an individual he's pretty great and is genuinely interested in the happiness and development of his staff.

      Cons

      Middle management team is a joke! Not to say there aren't a few decent guys amongst them but there's quite a few egotistical individuals with little knowledge who feel the best way to manage is by bullying those around you.

      Pros

      Work with some very talented people. Good processes and support network. Training.

      Cons

      The 'culture' is only skin deep - it is mostly a totalitarian regime. Management are out of touch - only like to be told what they want to hear. Passive-aggressive management styles and obsessed with 'officevibe' scores. Lack of growth. Greedy and too commercially aggressive. Prefer to run the workforce lean and hit figures for management bonuses. High turnover of staff - you will be managed out of the business for questioning management.
