      A case study of a startup acting like a big company

      Pros

      Dale Lovell is awesome. One of the best people I've ever worked with. Great office location. Easy to get to and from anywhere. Free beer on Fridays if that's your thing.

      Cons

      Co-founder is seedy and micromanages you. All about the client and never about the human being. Overpriced product. Spend your money on social ads. Sales, sales, sales. I know a startup's goal is to raise money, but the KPI is employee happiness. Always blamed for mistakes. No accountability when things go wrong.

      Good commission structure Product is experiencing considerable growth in the industry

      Cons

      You are constantly micro managed, given no autonomy, blamed when things go wrong, and not recognised for successes There is no transparency in the business and certain practices seem questionable No growth opportunities and most people employed are brand new in the industry with no one to learn from and develop

      Pros

      Adyoulike gives you the chance to grow, to learn in a fun and fast paced environment. I have spend more than 5 years of my life, I never went to the office without a smile. The best thing about Adyoulike is that you are an industry that is always changing so there are always new things to learn, new challenges, new products... but also you are surrounded by amazing people who are the nicest people I have never met. Team mates that will be now friends for life. Adyoulike rewards their employees pretty nicely ( comms, bonus, night outs, gift cards, lunches... are some of the perks )

      You need to be very flexible and willing to accept quick changes in terms of strategy and vision
