Easy Interview process leading to quick response

Cons

Poor management. If your face doesn't fit you have no hope in staying in the company. Not progression options. No support in or outside of work.

I learnt a lot whilst at Aerial throughout a short period of time

Cons

I was warned by an employee that progression is on a 'If your face fits' scenario I was harassed by an employee when I said I wouldn't date them, when I reported it to my manager who was initially shocked saying; 'I told him not to ask you out' he told me to drop it. It got worse. I then went away to London for the weekend and caught Covid (and provided proof) which they didn't believe, so they wanted to fire me, I got there first and decided to hand in my resignation. It was amazing before it all went sour.
