Pros

very nice, skilled and motivated employees that work well together small bonus for food each month free drinks and some fruits reimbursement of travel costs

Cons

Blame culture and very toxic people in leading positions. -you are expected to be available 24/7 and live solely for the company. -something doesn't work the way your boss wants it, you get the blame your fault or not. -you are expected to do overtime, always, unpaid of course. -you get calls on your days off, vacation holiday whatever, doesn't matter. if you cant accept any of the above you will get laid off as soon as possible also several cases of bullying, favoritism and nepotism

Pros

High talented, creative and very nice employees Employees that are very engaged and motivate others Healthcare, free fruits Some very talented leads and directors Many events to participate and chances network Employees are the biggest plus, many very really good in motivating people and keeping a sense of belonging and community. Designers who asked everyone on opinions, boardgame nights, artists decorating office space with maps and concept art, pen and paper groups. People were communicating and helping out each other.

Cons

Extremely toxic behaviour of the CEO and some directors, especially towards artists, project managers and designers. Unnecessary conflicts with directors and CEO led to rework, overtime and confusion these conflicts are mostly based on gut feeling and subjectivity not on strategic and calculated decisions. Many last minute decisions. Not many chances to grow within company, no possibility to work on game projects, some employees are stuck with non-game projects. Mismanagement and poor communication lead to a lot of crunch and underwhelming performance. Clear signs of nepotism. Complete overestimation of the own skills of CEO/company shareholders / lack of self reflection. Possible violation of employment law in several different cases. Questionable moments of employees getting laid off. A sense of mistrust was always in the air.

Pros

- Professional, competent, and cooperative team. - Management is very nice, and welcoming, and committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment. - Onboarding was smooth. - Projects are fun. - One thing that particularly stood out to me was the company's emphasis on employee growth and development. Overall, I would highly recommend Aesir Interactive as a great place to work. The people are wonderful, the work is meaningful, and the company truly cares about its employees.

Cons

Not really a con, but it was a bit challenging to jump on an ongoing project at first. I guess it's the same everywhere else.
