Avoid working for this horrible company. No training is provided, very high staff turnover, senior management are bullies. Such a bad culture. Sexual harassment was reported and nothing was ever done

-Lack of company strategy -Some key departments such as Finance or HR, have been functioning (and stil do) well below industry standards for years -Some teams and departments are a liability and not willing to cooperate to achieve company objectives -Lack of support for young new hires -For such an international company, there is a significant lack of diversity when it comes to the employees, their etnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. -Lack of CSR policies or strategy -Management and HR will lay off well performing and experienced employees to cut-off expenses -Senior Management does not understand the company and seems to have no strategy other than maximizing profits -Ownership seems to have no particular interest in the company, the business or its employees, other than its financial profits
