Board of directors only interested in making money and hiring head office management from business backgrounds and moving away from management with education and care background. Company insistent on buying more centres and can’t staff or resource their current centres

Horrible environment, very rude management and they get everyone else to do their work in the centres. You can’t have any career progress unless your best friends with the centre managers
