      Pros

      The non managerial staff are really good.

      Cons

      Lied in the advert and interview about salary and frequency of unsociable shifts. Management completely and willfully oblivious to problems within their areas and unwilling to listen until their staff are quitting en masse.

      One of the best Company's in Aviation - especially in the Lincs area

      Pros

      Genuine caring company that look after their people. Really good team spirit with a clear direction of what we need to do as individuals and as a team.

      Cons

      Small organisation with the same responsibilities of large aviation organisations, so support functions like training which supports induction needs to be improved for the company to move forwards.
