      1. No teamwork at all, No KPIs, No planning and strategy for the department 2. Lack of communication from top management 3. Inexperienced managers as they keep bringing fellow Lebanese to do work that Ugandans can do. 5. Disorganised leadership. They keep fighting each other, to prove who is the boss. They love power. 6. Extremely bureaucratic 7. One man show. Micro-management.
