Pros

Catered lunch every month. Weekly spliffs for deals if you can hit it.

Cons

Bad lead list. Everyone calls same people. Owner is too involved on sales floor. He tries to tell you why you did not make the sale then tells you good job..? Pay is too low you can make more money at similar company's. Save yourself time, and read negative reviews they are true.

Pros

Agent Elite has a no limit environment for any individual who is looking to thrive in sales as a top producing consultant. The way that their compensation is set up is very generous and allows a path towards a growing career.

Cons

You make what you put into your bi-weekly pay. You are not compensated for being in the building, you are compensated for your performance. If you do not make your commission goal, you make the hourly pay.

Pros

This was a very helpful stepping stone in my career due to prior customer service management and the time they took to teach /groom us into the individuals we are now. The flexibility that was given under previous management for mental health days, medical needs, etc. was very appreciated by all employees. During the pandemic all employees were allowed to be remote. Huge shoutout to the previous Director of Customer Service for all these pros listed above, as they are the reason they can be added to this post.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are a lot of cons now, one of them being the lack of accountability the sales team faces. No matter how many times they missed their goals, they were always praised for their work. The Customer Service side would be hammered down on more and asked to produce more to compensate for the sales team failing to hit their goals. With that being said, yes TEAMWORK is extremely important, but then credit should be given where and when it is deserved. Pushing other individuals accomplishments and achievements under the rug is not acceptable in any workplace. The healthcare benefits are very costly. If someone requires anything above the base plan, expect to pay at least a $100 minimum every check to have decent healthcare, dental, and vision. To clarify, yes there are other cheaper plans available, but these plans actually do not cover the medical needs that all employees need. Yes plans change overtime, but when someone was paying for a better plan the previous year that was over $40 a pay period cheaper and had better benefits, one can understand the frustration when the plans change every year, and you are forced to go on a worse plan for more money. Yes, they do offer a wellness program, but the EAP wellness program does not assist with medical benefits, it is for mental health assistance and wellness. The PTO accrual isn't great. There are not added perks . There is no Home Office Spend, Learning Spend, or Mental Health/Gym Reimbursement Spend (EAP is not this). Spiffs have been taken away, so the ability to earn extra money each month from Venmo's, Day Off Prizes, etc. is non existent. Yes, they offer Pryor courses in house, but there is no spend for learning and growing yourself outside the company itself. Also, the fact that the company has no issue with talking negatively about past employees within the company to current employees, to their third party vendors, and even in review responses is absolutely repugnant. This job truly made one want a nice refreshing mega pint of Liquor after their work day.

Agent Elite Response

This review is surprising considering how the company has gone over and above to assist employees who may be experiencing challenges, including past circumstances. Financial assistance (above and beyond) to assist when personal issues arose. Time off with flexibility with the schedule and workload has been provided. This is not unique, as the company assists the people that encompass this group of individuals we call co-workers in any way it can. Agent Elite has been there for the good times as well. Health Benefits were adjusted last May to add a more variety of plans to assist with the premiums for the out of state employees. These benefits were also extended to our California employees and were introduced earlier in the year. We added new plans that assisted all levels of need and continue to review and compare plans to obtain great health care benefits for all our employees, each year. We offer a wellness program that includes discounts to yoga, meal prep, gym discounts, EAP, mental health consultation and other resources available. We still have remote possibilities or in-house work. We have increased the PTO accruals which start at 3 months. We provide separately 5 days of sick leave, 9 paid holidays, as well as a 401(k) plan. We are continuing to grow, as well as adding more benefits. Opportunities for growth are always there for everyone who would like to continue growing, as we do coach up. As stated early in the pros, you learned a lot in your time here. There are several learning avenues that we provide, including Pryor seminars to add to the knowledge base, one on ones, personal training and coaching. Opportunities to start from a rep, lead, supervisor, manager, director to executive are always available. Also to note you were a returned employee; from a rep, to lead, to supervisor and finally assistant manager. We have a policy to not respond negatively, or give reasons for departure when an employee leaves employment. We know that the time with Agent Elite has given the growth, education and experience that has allowed you and others to be successful. We wish continued success in any future endeavors you may obtain. Even after this review, we extend ourselves out to you as we’ve had a long history and we hope you succeed in your career. Reach out because I know that we’ve done a lot of good together. Thank you.
