Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that at times our employees can be busier than usual, and so we trust our teams to manage their own workloads. One of our focuses for 2016/2017 has been on offering additional training for our head office teams, and so we now offer our employees classes on IT skills, languages and more. Once again I want to thank you for this feedback and we wish you all the best. AP x

Pros

Lovely office building and decor. Discount CEO is very kind, personable and encouraging. Product is fun

Cons

A lot of drug use within the company, including management, leading to uncomfortable, unproffesional working environment. HR turn a blind eye to this despite complaints. Loyalty to long term employees is sadly non existent. Original company values/ideas have changed, not as original compared to early years of the company.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the company started in 1994 there have been significant changes and recently we have seen more changes as we expand into new markets and continue to grow. AP is now bigger than ever and this is due to our former and current work force for which we have a huge appreciation. We would not be the brand we are today without them. We have a drug free work place and confidentially address all issues concerning this. We agree with you, Garry is a one of a kind CEO who loves a good chat in the elevator. We wish you all the best. Pros

The People-lots is great hardworking individuals.

Cons

Senior Management Low pay Rubbish benefits Stressful and toxic work environment Bullying Fake, bitter, childlike, insecure and incapable in making a creative decision this member of staff who’s been with the company for 20 years truly believes that bullying and creating a toxic environment is a way to command respect as opposed to being inspirational and a leader. Outdated views (still believes sex sells and on one occasion used the term ‘coloured’ when referencing a black model) and sadly still riding on the coattails of the Company founder who left over a decade ago desperately trying to recapture the “glory” days of AP as they have no clue to what’s happening in the industry today. 95% of the workforce seem to be scared of this employee and other 5% are two members who behave the same way because they work closely with the above senior. The most disappointing and upsetting work experience I’ve ever had.
