Pros

If you’re someone who enjoys learning something new every day, this is a great place to be. There are strong opportunities to explore new ideas, and leadership is generally open to listening and supporting initiatives when you take ownership. The environment encourages continuous learning and innovation.

Cons

Employees are often given ownership of responsibilities early in their careers, which can feel overwhelming for some. Additionally, as the company evolves rapidly, processes and structures tend to change frequently, which may not suit everyone.

Pros

Join only if you are a fresher. There are many companies with many employee benefits. Don't join here just by watching the marketing videos in behindwoods.

Cons

CEO and his leadership team. The leadership team lack vision for the employees.

Pros

If you're ready to work all night and at least for 10 hours a day, especially sacrifice many of your weekends and Indian Holidays, you might get an onsite opportunity after years of delay and false promises. There you'll be pushed for 12 hours a day of work, If you're OK with these and an onsite preferring person, then this is the place for you. There are some growth projects in LS but make your mind to work for long hours. PS: This org used to be a better place but due to the change in the leadership where all. came from one org and things changed drastically, turned out to be a purely EMPLOYER friendly firm.

Cons

General HR policies review: Crediting Sick leaves in floating point numbers. (0.83 a month) Forcing resources for a yearly certification and linking it to appraisal cycle (Yes, you won't get hike if you don't complete it). Most importantly if you're planning to leave, you'll have to bear the certification cost. This certification is MANDATORY for ALL the resources including tech leads without any exemption. Have you ever seen any org unethically sending forms and asking questions like this in the name of feedback: "Would you leave the org if you get a better offer?", "Would you stay with us for the next 6 months?" These guys do these cheap activities often after seeing the jump in the attrition % without fixing the culture. ZERO additional Pay. You get only salary credited on time. No Bonuses whatsoever. Project related review: LS leads make sure your workload is not less than 10 hours a day. We will be forced to work UNGODLY HOURS, work for all the urgent requirements, last minute changes, sacrifice many weekends and sometimes even brutally asking us to login and on most imp Holidays for the whole day. Some of the projects tasks are repetitive, boring and make you feel sick. Getting release would be again a hectic task for you. Toxicity is spread all over the org where the on-site leads / account managers force you to login all day and this offshore team never recognise your efforts. All the project control would be with the On-site team and all the Pay structure would be with the offsite team. If you're not in good books with the On-site team, never ever think of early release against the long NP of 90 days. They play this game very well, make false assurances and release you only on the 90th day. Leadership Review: If you have to experience a verbally and mentally harassing and visionless leadership, undoubtedly this org would be the RIGHT PLACE. The greediness of the CEO, his son and peers has made the org worst, ATTRITION is always high, never listens to the feedback from the employees rather ask them to leave anytime. Any questions to them would end up in threatening your career. Review for the FRESHERS: Freshers are always an asset to this org because you would be asked to sign an AGREEMENT for 3 YEARS with ZERO retention bonus so that you don't leave them. All the above mentioned toxicity + forcible Night shifts and seniors dominance would be applicable to the freshers too without any compassion. You will have to pay humongous amount if you wish to leave anytime during the agreement period. Freshers, kindly Join ONLY if you don't have any other options. APPRAISAL Review: Even after doing all these, the hike would be only around from 7 to 9%. FINAL WORDS: Never fall prey for the recent PR activities organised by the HR. Instead of fixing the culture, they're more into these stunts. Already many of the leadership and better employees left the org due to the above mentioned points.

Pros

1. Best place for continuous learners 2. A company that is very agile and hungry to grow (fast) 3. Flat org - everyone has access to the leadership team. Always open for ideas.

Cons

1. If one is not comfortable with a fast paced org, then think twice. With AI and other technologies threatening the business model, people are better placed in orgs trying to reinvent themselves. 2. WFO is a must. For some, this is a deal-breaker. 3. Relentless focus on execution and individual ownership. So, not many might be comfortable with a direct question like, 'what did you deliver this week'. Of course, this question is followed by, 'what do you need to be successful', however, people get alarmed with the first question and forget about what follows next.
