The company has faced funding challenges that have created difficulties. Perceived gaps in transparency and communication from leadership have further complicated matters. Some of the talent, particularly engineers, started to leave. Some compensation matters have taken longer than expected to resolve. Additionally, the company's informal decision-making processes have posed challenges in establishing the formal structures necessary for scaling up.

This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. Starting with the extremely long recruitment process, which took up to 3 months of waiting, I worked for them from the office every day. They don’t respect their employees’ time, as you can be working until late, 6 PM or even 7 PM, without any compensation or overtime payment. They asked me a couple of times to go to the office early for some testing in a different location, and they also asked me to work at 1 and 2 AM for the same reason. The salary experience is another disaster; they didn’t pay me my salary for more than 3 months, and some of my colleagues weren’t paid for 8 months. Some of the colleagues even sued them for that. The company is very micromanaged, with everything going to the CEO. I don’t recommend it at all to anyone.
