      Vacation time, ease of employee portal, wellness day

      Cons

      Change of schedule post FMLA with no concern or question of employees circumstance. Change of workspace without asking. Ultimately felt pushed out of the company after FMLA. Poor salary increases overall.

      Poor upper leadership, slow pay increases, slow at resolving HR issues, reacts to problems as the arise instead of taking precautions to prevent issues.

      Pros

      Could be a fun environment. I definitely made some good friends with other former coworkers. It was never boring, and it kept me on my toes

      Cons

      Executive Management wasn't very transparent about their goals and intentions. They would seemingly drag you along by a string of promises they had no intentions to keep.
