      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, great people, close enough to the square to enjoy all the downtown perks. Once you are part of the team here you will feel like family.. meaning that you could find a couple lifelong friends here, or be a living character of the best live-action drama/soap opera of your life kinda family. Small enough of a company to get your hands on the process and impact the processes that move the needle on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      Accountability was always promised from senior leadership and never enforced or proven; lots from CEO and leadership promised and never delivered. Always in survival mode. Unreasonable expectations around project delivery across the board -- software products, marketing, long shot deals or even implementations. Sales unable to forecast much at all leading to poor foresight and planning. Everything last minute, terrible pipeline, several members of the sales team not interested in anything beyond lunch appointments. Senior leadership willing to do anything to keep the sinking ship above water, leads to rash, uniformed decisions, laying off the wrong people, etc. this will keep this company on a rocky path.

      Great people, but A company in limbo at the current time an slowly diminishing over the past 2 yeara

      The people are amazing, built multiple strong friendships, unlimited PTO, ability to have ideas heard and be valued

      Cons

      New leadership has left company in limbo. They are smart but theres a big disconnect with employees. culture has diminished noticeably. A lot of transitional issues and disconnect. 3 layoffs in the past year

      Great place to work if you require a lego table and bean bag chairs

      I am no longer working here is the only pro

      Cons

      This company is geared toward people looking for their first job. Perks include a hammock, lego table, and bean bag chairs - if you are into that sort of thing. This is a company that defines growth by head count - not sales. And, for a company with a difficult to implement solution - that makes sense. But, you can't really consider yourself a software company if you give the software away for free and only charge for the Professional Services. If this company only gets transient customers...they won't be here for long.
