      Flexibility overall and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Gap of communication between departments. IT, FINANCE & HR are terrible and hinders the whole company proccess.

      A company is making greate profits and pays decent salary but some leaders are arrogant

      Company is profitable and managed by the second biggest bank in the country nice office nice pay (not the best) some of the people are nice company is strong in the market

      Cons

      some of the leaders have an arrogant and bad attitude HR is careless of employees receiving bullying or discrimination (some employees get away with not being adherent to attendance while some are forced to follow strict attendance rules)
