      Terrible work culture

      Pros

      They paid above average for the work. Option to work remotely.

      Cons

      Terrible software development attitude; very mismanaged projects. Things were rushed, unfinished, then they blame the developers when the product doesn't work. Absolutely abysmal. Awful work life balance. Worked an average of 70 hours a week for most of my time here. Overtime was just expected, with important meetings arranged at 20:00 to 22:00 not being abnormal, but 9 am start being absolutely mandatory.

      Pros

      Fast paced, innovative, adaptive and driven organisation. Partnering with the most successful company on the planet means a high tempo and very high expectations, but if that's what you want you will love it.

      Cons

      Not for the corporate loafer or keyboard warrior, there are plenty of others to choose from in that space.
