Great people who work hard/play hard and are wonderfully supportive in getting things done.

Too many projects simultaneously priority #1, leading to inefficiencies whilst putting a lot of pressure and long hours on teams.

In recent years we have had some questionable team managers, but the Senior leadership team is very protective of the positive culture we have and is quick to deal with poor team leaders that threaten this!

If you are prepared to work hard and want a career in sales this is a great place to work. Numerous people have been promoted and get the support and training they need to succeed in their new roles. New ways of working have been put in place to give everyone the best opportunity to hit targets and earn commission. Some of the new bonus incentives are amazing! The company is growing year on year with sets itself ambitious growth targets but it means it’s a company that’s really going somewhere!

There can be a lot of change but that’s why there are so many opportunities to learn and grow!
