It’s a high-growth environment, which means you can make a meaningful impact pretty quickly if you want to. There’s a lot of opportunity to stretch, take on new challenges, and build things that matter. People care about the work, the customers, and each other, which makes a big difference day to day.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies processes are still evolving in some areas, but this isn't a bad thing, just something to be aware of. You have to be comfortable with some ambiguity and figuring things out as you go.
