Pros

We're building something thousands of people use - I do a mix of threat research and coding and both get to impact people. We release quickly, typically twice a week, and there's a real sense of pace. Very friendly atmosphere, compensation is good.

Cons

None so far, perhaps it'll be different once I've been here a couple of years :)
