Zero transparency, terrible morale, unbelievable turnover
Pros
You will get a paycheck when you aren't furloughed, interesting projects and some great customers.
Cons
Since the merger of Kellstrom and AeroPrecision into AllClear there has been constant trail of people leaving. First all the younger employees left, then the talented people that had been there for a while left, and then the experienced people left. Then they furloughed multiple businesses because of management ineptitude, which caused entire business units to quit. At this point the only people that are left are people that are or feel stuck there, but leaving is a constant topic of conversation. There have been literally dozens of high level turnovers, from multiple CEOs on down. Because of this constant turnover everyone is required to do the jobs of multiple people and HR can't come anywhere near keeping up the level of hiring required to even keep things level. There is no transparency from anyone outside of individual businesses. Decisions are made in a vacuum with little explanation to the business.
