Fast paced environment. Nothing else to add
Cons
Low pay, a hostile work environment, management does not care about employees, management speaks badly about employees to other employees, lack of training, under staffed, forced to work overtime then reprimanded for working overtime. managers lack a heart. managers speak poorly of owners, managers do not follow their own rules and procedures.
