Pros

I had worked with Almabse for almost two years. I got say that this has been my best workplace to date and I am not sure if I can get a better one going ahead. I want to take a few minutes of my time to make sure that if there is someone else is looking for an oppurtunity with Almabase. Here's the list of things that make AB a great company to be associated with: 1) The team: I know everyone on the team personally and saw everyone going out of their way to deliver the best for the team. 2)Growth: Your personal and professional growth is given equal importance to that of the firm's. 3) Office: The best workplace you can ask for. From having a great in-house cook to a super cool puppy in the office, you will fall in love with it. 4) Flexibility: You will realize that responsibilities work better than roles. You are free to pick and choose a project as long as you own it up. 5) Transparency: We(I still feel like a part of it) made a point to be a transparent company long ago and I am sure it still stays that way.

Cons

Learn fast and stay frosty. It's not a typical software company that would train you for 3 months and you do things with your training gloves on. Be prepared to take on the problems from day one, of course, you would get all the help you need.

Pros

1) Super Fast-Tracked Growth- The career acceleration at Almabase is unparalleled. I started in an entry-level role and was promoted within just two quarters, with a second promotion less than a year after that. The growth potential here isn’t limited to your current role or department—I've seen colleagues seamlessly transition into new roles, switch departments, and continuously advance their careers. Almabase truly fosters an environment where your career can evolve in exciting and unexpected ways. 2) Culture- The culture here is one of the most comfortable and welcoming I’ve ever experienced. There are no unnecessary, unsaid rules—you’re free to be yourself and do your best work. Leadership is extremely approachable, which makes a huge difference in how supported you feel. The CEO, despite being based in the US and undoubtedly having a packed schedule, takes the time to connect with every new employee on a one-on-one level. This kind of direct interaction with leadership, especially from the top, shows how much they value each team member and care about building genuine relationships. 3) Flexibility- It’s a hybrid work set up and teams can internally decide what days they’d like to come to office and in case you’re not able to work from office on a particular day all you have to do is drop a message to the team. Even the timings are super flexible which is especially great for women working in the US shift because they can leave office early and work from home for the rest of the day. 4) Uncapped Paid Leaves- There’s no cap on the number of leaves so if you fall sick or have any emergencies you don’t have to worry about running out of your paid leaves and you also don’t need to jump through hoops to get them approved. 5) Rewards and Recognition- Good work never goes unnoticed at Almabase. If you’re putting in the effort and going above and beyond- you’re going to hear about it- in the best way possible- recognition is a big part of the culture here from promotions to SPIFFs to shoutouts during our monthly huddles. We even have a dedicated slack channel to celebrate and acknowledge colleagues going above and beyond to help others.

Customer facing employees have to work on US shift, not exactly a con but this might not work for everyone

Pros

I've been with Almabase for more than 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The company's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment is evident in everything we do. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued as a part of the team. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. They are approachable, open to feedback, and provide excellent guidance and mentorship. The team-oriented culture here is fantastic. Colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. It's a great environment for teamwork and innovation. Overall, Almabase is a fantastic place to work. The positive culture, growth opportunities, and supportive environment make it an ideal workplace for anyone looking to build a fulfilling career. I'm proud to be a part of this amazing team and look forward to many more years here!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any significant downsides. Like any organization, there might be occasional challenges, but they are always addressed promptly and effectively by the management.
