      Pros

      Regrettably, I find myself unable to identify any redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      This establishment hires with reckless abandon, only to cast employees aside when fortunes change. Leadership is immature, ambition outstrips ability, and the culture favours spectacle over substance. Salaries are dispensed with a lamentable lack of punctuality, habitually delayed by a fortnight, leaving employees in a state of unwarranted uncertainty. While an “unlimited holiday policy” exists in theory, it is unevenly granted—some enjoy frequent respites while others hesitate to take leave at all. With such inequity and mismanagement, I cannot, in good conscience, offer a recommendation.

      - Fast paced environment with an ever evolving product / strategy - Great team with some very smart, hard working people - Flexible work from home environment leading to a good work / life balance - Great challenge in bringing something new to the market

      Cons

      - Start-ups aren't for everyone, as long as you accept there's going to be ups and downs then you're in the right place!

      - People are welcome, and they try their best to make you feel it; - There are a lot of intelligent people; - HR, finance, and other sectors will not let you down; - People care about the future of the company;

      Cons

      - People don't know how to communicate async; - Managers aren't transparent and won't give you feedback; - Sectors don't have a well-aligned strategy and OKRs. So your focus may change a lot, and you will probably work with things different from what you're hired for; - Much of the decisions are taken using guessing instead of data and facts.
