      Pros

      -Partners cannot say enough good things about AOA and how much they love working with the team! -Clients love working with AOA, which is *rare* in the agency world -Team culture is really solid. Leadership has done a fantastic job hiring great talent and selecting culture/position fits. -Agency works with really cool, disruptive brands. -Have really enjoy working with all of the leadership team and all have the companies and employees best interest always top of mind.

      Pros

      Remote, focused, brilliant team of engineers. As an Eng Manager, this team is a pleasure to work with, a great culture of respect and everyone is eager to help each other. High performing team!

      Cons

      Sometimes working across different timezones but in general the team makes it works and sometimes its a point of leverage.

      I've had an incredibly positive experience working at Alpha Omega so far and only have good things to say about it. Great culture and strong ethics in a growing team of uniquely talented individuals. I've thoroughly enjoyed all of the projects that have come my way and am constantly learning new things.
