      Great benefits overshadowed by poor leadership and processes

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.

      The pro's have all disappeared.

      Cons

      Product leadership that believed in the product and the team have all left. Now they appear in false slides to get the board approval and get purchased by the next PE firm. Very focused on bringing more people from smartsheets even if it didn't go well there.
