      Pros

      I really appreciate how I have the autonomy to do what I need to do, but also the support I need when required. One of the most important aspects of any job is the people you work with, and it's a really great team at Altium. Our customers span a massive range of industries, and meeting them and finding out about what they do is fascinating. I feel that my career has progressed well since I join Altium several years ago, and I've never been bored with my work. The benefits (health insurance, pension etc) are also really good.

      I work remotely so sometimes I think it would be good to see more of my colleagues in person
