If you are a good recruiter you will do well and be given the freedom and all the tools in the world to succeed! This is a small company so there is no where to hide if you are not. There is plenty of support offered by managment to do well but you have to be willing to put the work in too.
Cons
Going fully remote, would be good to go back in the office again.
