I love working here - the people are genuinely kind, and there’s a real sense of teamwork and support. It’s a great organization that truly cares about its employees and values work-life balance. The benefits are solid, and I’d recommend working here to anyone who wants to make a difference in their community and be part of something meaningful.

Cons

Changeovers can happen frequently, so it can be hard to keep track of who’s in which role.
