At the time I was employed at Altvia there was a strong separation between the Leadership team and the employees. The Leadership team at Altvia is, for the most part, made up of strong individuals that have a very close and almost familial relationship with one another. This can be seen as a pro in some circumstances, but in practice it leads to a dangerous cycle and self-affirming behavior. An example of this would be protecting ones peers when there have been blatant acts of misconduct and mistreatment to employees. This company is great for people just starting out their careers because when mistakes or errors are made, or when goals are not met, there is no accountability for any of the employees or any of the management team members. Lastly, salaries are nowhere near the competitive market rate, so if you want to make a fair wage I would look elsewhere.
Altvia had an amazing chance to turn things around, but unfortunately the majority of their top talent has either left or been wrongfully terminated.
