Pros

CEO seems honest and open Some good people at the exec level brining real experience and knowledge (e.g finance, marketing)

Cons

- The Spring product is very broken and it will take a lot of work and resources to re-establish Spring as a serious player - The Amaze services also seem to lack USP or product market fit - Previous leaders from Spring remain at the exec level which affects morale among previous Spring employees

Dishonest Service: The company overpromises and underdelivers, especially when it comes to product quality and support for creators. Clients frequently experience issues, and instead of resolving them, leadership often ignores or dismisses concerns. High Client Churn: Many creators leave the platform due to unmet expectations, and instead of addressing their concerns, leadership prioritizes quick fixes over long-term solutions. Toxic Work Environment: Leadership does not foster a culture of trust or professional growth. Feedback is disregarded, and there is little to no career development.
