The company itself is a con. Unprofessionalism and low-level involvement for personal use begin here. You get your annual leaves deducted from your balance without your permission. Making fun in an unprofessional way is a habit. Bullying someone in public. Predicting someone's character from their personal lifestyle is a habit here. Very ground-level involvement for everything from taking leaves to coming office you are been asked why and what? and you are liable to answer questions irrespective of whether your work is up to date or not. Lastly, you are been verbally molested and asked to leave as per the discussion of the core team. They care more about the word "Amber" irrespective of whether the person is innocent or not. Unfortunately, one of the worst organizations to work with. No job safety. Low salary. High expectations. Extra working hours because they call themselves start-ups. Before your annual appraisal, you are been fired.

No space for creativity, if you have some sort of self respect prepare to shut it down, listen to your reporting manager and become a 'yes man'. Insecurity runs in the veins of many and some can turn passive aggressive, and oh yeah did I tell you there is zero work-life balance?
