      Products are amazing and values and industry leadership motivating.

      Cons

      Limited career growth High work load Questionable management Rules put in place without much reasoning to support the arguments for them. “Because I say so” attitude. A lot of “keeping things down low” and a secret to not stir anything. Super high turnover in staff except for senior management and customer service. Unreasonable budget goals compared to other countries. Makes it impossible to reach bonus. Fresh spirits and drive for progress and change gets crushed. New hires with ambition and brilliant minds get drained and crushed and just end up giving up and either comply with the mess or leave
