      Location is good. Some really good employees!

      Cons

      Lazy and useless employees get away with murder and get paid better than the good people, middle management is so poor everyone wants to leave, managers coasting to retirement, no progression, stuck in a dead end job, no training, no payrise, no positivity, no thank you's, no motivation....just same thing day after day but each day somehow gets more frustrating and pathetic.

      3 years of real struggle and disapointment

      Pros

      None really other than some of the people who stay with the business despite being treated poorly.

      Cons

      No real plan for employees, talk the talk however no substance. Corporate support non existent. No development offered and development review poor. Suspect once work picks up will struggle with retention. Not as good as previous three employers who are competiters.
