Pros
If you are desperate for a job, you can at least expect a paycheck that doesn't bounce. They have health benefits (too bad most of your paycheck goes to them). Close to the highway, so easy to get to.
Cons
Everything else. The pay is way below average for the Cleveland area. They are not willing to invest in more up-to-date equipment like computers and printers. The software used is out of date. They are not willing to train or use newer software, so you end up aging out of what is current when looking for new employment. They don't think about the future, so they employ cost saving measures that will boost the bottom line initially, but won't work out in the long term (I've been here awhile, so I've seen it first hand). Their company credit program is predatory. They offer credit to anyone. The primary age demographic is the elderly, so they push their credit program with interest rates that are insane. I've seen the bad debt numbers, so I question the ethics behind offering people credit who have no business getting it.
