Pros

Free lunch every so often

Cons

If I one word to describe this place I would use awful. The office is like a sweatshop. Just rows and rows of old metal desks. The management sit in the back and micromanage everything. God forbid you talk to each other for 1 minute you have people starring at you telling you to get back to work. The culture is very poor, we use old metal desk from the 80's and use really uncomfortable chairs that will eventually lead to back pains. Oh did I mention this is a warehouse not an actual office. Paid vacation? After a year you will get one week. Sick days? Nope you will not get paid for that. If you clock in at 8:10 too bad that will get rounded to 8:15 and you worked 5 minutes for free. Only 4 bathrooms for 70 plus employees. Bathrooms are divided my sections of the office. Most of the times the bathrooms are in horrible condition. Pee on the seats, smells unpleasant, period blood on the floor and toilet seats. You must also have a strong heart because you will be digging around and looking for reasons to deny people's claims. If anything you will lie and cheat and deny a claim. Poor insured pay months and months of premiums but when it comes time for a claim you will most likely get rejected for the most unreasonable reasons. Compensation is very poor also, will most likely get low balled an offer. No respect for employees at all.

Pros

If you want a job with nearby restaurants - this is the job for you. That's the extent of the pro's I can give for this place

Cons

A terrible place to work. The people who work there come in and leave like zombies. No atmosphere. The management is the worst. They lie and cheat. Paid Vacation Days? After 1 year you get 1 week. Sick time? Nope. Leave early for a doctors appointment? Won't be paid for it. The door locks at 8 am and if you come in late everyone knows. 2 single bathrooms at the front of the warehouse. You go in everyone knows. You come out, everyone knows. The bosses sit in the back and watch their employees. Long rows of desks. No cubicles. No privacy. It's a sweatshop. Stay away. Unemployed and looking for work - better to be unemployed. Whatever you do - don't give up your job to make the move. You will regret it within an hour of being there. Oh, and they do very very immoral and unethical things.

Pros

Casual dress code Some work from home

Cons

I should have ran as soon as I saw how customers were treated in training. Adjusters are taught to find any way to deny a claim or prolong the process until the customer gives up. Customers are always upset and angry due to improper denials and long wait times, rightfully so. Because of that, you will get screamed at every day, even if you have no say in the process. If you enjoy helping people, this job will shatter your heart. It's painful to see customers getting taken advantage of and skrewed over at this company, being left with no car and thousands in fees to pay. For clientele, you will either be taking advantage of immigrants or dealing with sketchy criminals who may say horrific things to you. Incredibly high turn around rate at this company, people leave every month. Management never learns that in order to keep their employees, they need to offer support and fair compensation. People are overworked, micro managed, and asked to do ridiculous tasks to waste their time. My mental health suffered here. Additionally, the equipment they use is ancient. Please don't believe the positive reviews you see, they are illegitimate. Terribly immoral company.
