Pros
This is a great place to work, been here 4 years. To those complaining about management communication. This is not a place that is going to coddle you or hold your hand like we are in grade school or something. Come in, do your work, follow the rules. I have never worked a job that I have expected the managers to be my friends and ask about my day. Also, disgruntled ex employees that post here. People don't quit here, they get fired, mostly due to not showing up for work. People seem to not want to take a work from home job seriously. They are routinely late for their shifts, call off on a whim and leave the rest of us hanging. There are no jobs out there that will allow an employee to be late and repeatedly call off, they would be fired and that is what happens here, but for some reason people get offended about it. They complain about our 10 min breaks and 20 min lunch, apparently not aware that due to the work from nature of our work they don't HAVE to give us any breaks. Do not apply here if you cannot take it seriously. This is a normal job with normal attendance rules, but with the convenience of working from your home. Don't come here expecting to do your housework during work hours, or some other dumb thing people try to do. Don't think you can come here and not have a babysitter. We are answering phone calls, no background noise is allowed. Again, just like any other job you need to have a sitter.
Cons
Very busy, calls can be overwhelming on Mondays, but its the nature of the business
