Pros

This is a great place to work, been here 4 years. To those complaining about management communication. This is not a place that is going to coddle you or hold your hand like we are in grade school or something. Come in, do your work, follow the rules. I have never worked a job that I have expected the managers to be my friends and ask about my day. Also, disgruntled ex employees that post here. People don't quit here, they get fired, mostly due to not showing up for work. People seem to not want to take a work from home job seriously. They are routinely late for their shifts, call off on a whim and leave the rest of us hanging. There are no jobs out there that will allow an employee to be late and repeatedly call off, they would be fired and that is what happens here, but for some reason people get offended about it. They complain about our 10 min breaks and 20 min lunch, apparently not aware that due to the work from nature of our work they don't HAVE to give us any breaks. Do not apply here if you cannot take it seriously. This is a normal job with normal attendance rules, but with the convenience of working from your home. Don't come here expecting to do your housework during work hours, or some other dumb thing people try to do. Don't think you can come here and not have a babysitter. We are answering phone calls, no background noise is allowed. Again, just like any other job you need to have a sitter.

Cons

Very busy, calls can be overwhelming on Mondays, but its the nature of the business

This company is unfair and downright idioatic.

Pros

The pay is good and the job isn’t hard.

Cons

The entire upper management staff that runs this place as no brain cells. They constantly bug and harass you about transferring calls even though the call isn’t a patient that can be scheduled! Most of the time it’s company that needs to speak directly with a doctor or maybe it is a patient and they speak Spanish or Chinese and you have to transfer them to their specific language line so that they are taken care of properly but even with all that considered, they will still blow up your messenger with petty nonsense about transferring too much?! I think that’s ludicrous. I’d like you to sit her and try to talk to a very angry Spanish speaking woman while you to schedule them when you don’t speak the language just so you won’t get in trouble for transferring them to a correct line! It’s so frustrating to know you do everything you can to help these people and the corporate you work for frowns upon your efforts. Would not recommend to work for this company; they clearly don’t understand anything and are difficult to work for.
