Low pay, high turnover for developers, and poor benefits. Management justifies people billing on multiple contracts at the same time. Personal growth varies from employee to employee and wonder if they pick favorites.

Too much drama for such a small company. A lot of back door deals between management and playing favorites. They make a lot of promises and rarely keep their word. Very high turnaround rate. Don't expect much of any growth opportunities. It's not rare to see management reorganize itself on a monthly basis. There is next to no consistency in cultural rules/policies month to month.
